How to verify your account in 2 Mins?

To verify your account in the Taj Rummy app, you will need to complete the KYC verification process described step by step below:

Open the Taj Rummy app on your device. You have quick and easy options to choose from.

Option 1: Verification from your Profile

1. Click on the Profile icon at the top-left corner of the screen and select View Profile
2. Select the KYC tab
3. In the KYC Verification Required section, first update your Mail ID, if you haven’t already done so
4. Next, for Address Verification, click on the Add button and follow the on-screen instructions to upload the document you choose to. You could either enter your Aadhaar Number or upload an image of one of the following: your Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card or Driving License.
5. Click on Continue to fill out the necessary form
6. In the PAN Card section of the main KYC page, click on the Add button and follow the instructions. Please note that uploading of PAN Card is mandatory in case of withdrawals.
7. Once you have completed the process, your KYC verification status will be updated within 24hrs

Option 2: Verification from Add Cash ( Google Play Store App)

1. Open the Taj Rummy app.
2. Tap on the "Add Cash" button located at the top-right corner of the screen
3. Select your preferred KYC option from the menu
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload the required documents and fill out the necessary form
5. Once you have completed the process, your KYC verification status will be updated within 24hrs

Option 3 : Manual Verification

1. Open the Taj Rummy app
2. Tap on the "Add Cash / Profile " button located at the top corner of the screen
3. Select upload Aadhar/ Voter ID option from the menu
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload the required documents and fill out the necessary form
5. Once you have completed the process, your KYC verification status will be updated within 24hrs

Once you’ve uploaded the document(s), your KYC update is auto-verified.

It is also possible that the image of your document is rejected. If this happens to you, please reupload the relevant and clear scanned copies.
